Biography

Hailing from the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, Louise has been licensed to sell real estate since 1973 and became a NYS Broker in 1978.  She is a Florida licensed Broker-Salesperson.  During her career, she has been a top producing agent with over a million dollars in transactions every year in both her home area, after a move to Saratoga Springs, NY, and now here in Indian River County.

A past president of the Fulton County NY Board of REALTORS, she has been twice honored as REALTOR of the Year and is a member of the NYS Association of REALTORS Honor Society.  On a national level she has earned awards during NAR's Make America Better and REALTORS Political Action promotions, participated in an education tape of top producers for Coldwell Banker, and has been admitted to Coldwell Bankers prestigious Presidential Circle of Top Producers.

She is a member of the Indian River County Board of REALTORS and its Multiple Listing Service, sits on its Grievance Committee, isa Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI), is a Certified Residential Marketing Specialist (CRMS), and hold a top producer designation from the STAR real estate program. Always striving to improve herself in her endeavor to represent her clients, she is consistently attending educational seminars, courses and special programs, and is a member of the Mike Ferry Organization's Business Planning Program.

Honored by Coldwell Banker Ed Schlitt, LC for the year 2000 she attained recognition as the top lister in the organization... with 89 people hiring her to get the job done!!!  She is proud to have been involved in over 70 closed transactions.
